Covid-19: Dispatches from Madrid and London

Europe has become the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak. Spain and the UK are two of the countries with the most confirmed cases of Covid-19. Both have enacted extensive stimulus packages and lockdowns in response to the pandemic and the resulting supply chain disruption and market volatility.

To address these challenges, OMFIF in partnership with the British Embassy in Madrid, convenes a virtual panel discussion to facilitate the exchange of joint experiences in dealing with the outbreak. Panellists will analyse the ‘first wave’ of the impact of the crisis and the policy response.

This is an online discussion, where participants will be asked to join remotely. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
