Building the legislative foundations for US stablecoins

The legislative status of digital assets in the US urgently needs clarifying. Many of the rules are coming from regulatory enforcement actions and judgments rendered in court. While these are slowly providing clarity, legislation is needed to give digital asset service providers a safe and clear environment to operate in.
