NGEU recovery and resilience plans for Spain and Croatia
Following the issuance of the Next Generation EU fund by the European Commission, focus has shifted to how this will be spent by the European Union member states and how the Commission will monitor this. Gabriele Giudice, head of unit for Croatia and Spain, Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs at the European Commission, will discuss the progress with the implementation of the new Recovery and Resilience Facility and of the SURE temporary support in those two countries, as part of the overall economic and budgetary surveillance of EU member states carried out by the Commission.
