Global trade patterns and the macroeconomic environment for investment
Ruth Metzler-Arnold, chair of Switzerland Global Enterprise, former vice-president of Switzerland and member of the Swiss Federal Council, will offer practical insight into the challenges for exporters, foreign direct investment and global trade from the Swiss economy’s point of view at a time of economic uncertainty. The open roundtable discussion will also allow a closer look at the Swiss success model of international trade and free trade agreements.
The roundtable will be held in partnership with the City of London Corporation and Embassy of Switzerland in London.
