Global sovereign GSS issuance forum
The green, social and sustainable bond market is growing fast in volume but also in the variety of formats and structures. Sovereign issuers are not just looking at standard green bond frameworks, but they are tailoring their issuance to their own and investors’ needs and are innovating fast.
This event will bring together key stakeholders from across the GSS capital markets – sovereign debt management offices, development banks, investors, rating agencies and intermediaries – to discuss the growth and key themes in the GSS sovereign bond market. It will explore lessons from recent debut issuers and thoughts from first-time issuers, as well as from investors in this area.
The first annual global GSS issuance summit by OMFIFs’ Sovereign Debt Institute follows the culmination of the GSS issuer workshops run by the SDI in 2022, which attracted 38 DMOs and ministries of finance and 51 investors.
