Amelia Santos-Paulino is chief of the investment research section at UNCTAD’s Investment and Enterprise division. She is also editor of the Transnational Corporations Journal. She has held various positions, including research fellow and project director at the United Nations University’s World Institute for Development Economics Research and senior research economist at the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
