Larry Summers, one of America’s leading economists, served as secretary of the Treasury in President Bill Clinton’s administration and director of the White House National Economic Council during President Barack Obama’s administration. Summers joins Mark Sobel, US chair, OMFIF, for a wide-ranging macroeconomic discussion on the outlook for the US economy, fiscal deficit, inflation, and the American rescue plan.
