By purchasing or applying for a free ticket for the Digital money summit 2026, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

  1. Ticket Purchase

2.1 Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the event specified on the ticket. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason other than event cancellation.

2.2 Resale of Tickets

Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the express written consent of the event organiser, OMFIF. Any unauthorised resale or transfer may result in the ticket being voided without refund.

3.1 Admission

Admission to the event is at the sole discretion of event staff and security. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event without refund for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with event policies. This includes promoting or sharing content that has not been approved by the event organisers.

3.2 Ticket Validation

All attendees are required to pass through the registration desk upon arrival at the event venue to validate their tickets. The validation process includes presenting a valid form of photo identification.

3.3 Accepted Forms of Photo Identification

Acceptable forms of photo identification include, but are not limited to:

  • Driver's license issued by a government authority
  • Passport
  • National identity card

3.4 Failure to Provide Identification

Attendees who fail to provide valid photo identification at the registration desk may be denied entry to the event without refund.

3.5 Photo Identification Matching

The name on the presented photo identification must match the name on the ticket. Attendees may be asked to confirm their identity to ensure a match.

3.6 Lost or Stolen Identification

In the event that an attendee's original photo identification is lost or stolen, a photocopy or digital copy may be accepted at the discretion of the registration desk staff. However, it is recommended to report lost or stolen identification to the appropriate authorities.

3.7 Registration Desk Compliance

Failure to comply with the registration desk requirements may result in denied entry or expulsion from the event without refund.

  1. Cancellation and Postponement

4.1 Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and full refunds will be issued.

4.2 Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued upon request if attendees are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

  1. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, lineup, schedule, or venue without prior notice. No refunds will be issued due to such changes.

  1. Liability

OMFIF and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the event, regardless of the cause.

  1. Photography and Recording

Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

8. No refund for non-attendance

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or for attendees who are denied entry due to a breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Ticket holder information

Ticket holders must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase process. Incorrect information may result in denied entry.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In certain circumstances, OMFIF may share your personal information with:

  • Platinum sponsors of the Digital money summit
  • Speakers at OMFIF meetings so they can understand the audience and occasionally with other attendees where this will help facilitate discussion. This will not involve your contact details being shared for marketing purposes. Please contact [email protected] if you wish for your data to not be shared in any of these circumstances.
  • If the summit or individual sessions are held in partnership with another organisation they may request the names and contact details of attendees and we may share these. The partner organisation(s) will always be clearly stated in the meeting description as posted on the website.  Where we meet the request of such third parties, we ensure that the third party is obligated to process the personal data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and our internal policies relating to the protection of Personal Data.   • We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to OMFIF in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf[A1] .
