To better understand what public funds require to transition, OMFIF’s Transition Finance Working Group met with the world’s largest public pension and sovereign funds to discuss their investment strategies, challenges and outlooks on transition finance. These conversations formed the basis of the working group’s first report, ‘Global public funds and transition finance: risks barriers and opportunities‘.
To launch the report, working group members Franklin Templeton, EY and MSCI discussed the key findings and conclusions, considering the challenges faced by funds and the solutions needed to drive the transition.
