The UK Law Commission has published its final digital assets report. The report examines reform recommendations to the UK government and concludes that the law is capable of accommodating both crypto tokens and other digital assets.

OMFIF welcomes back Sarah Green, commissioner for commercial and common law, UK Law Commission, to delve into these recommendations and assess what’s needed to create a consistent framework for digital assets. The roundtable will build on the findings and statements by the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce to explore the legislative guidance on technical and legal issues relating to digital assets.
