Breaking barriers: advancing gender balance in Commonwealth financial institutions

OMFIF’s 2023 Gender Balance Index showed significant strides in achieving gender balance within financial institutions from Commonwealth countries.

This roundtable, convened by OMFIF’s Sustainable Policy Institute and the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network, explores strategies and policies to encourage gender balance and identifies measures for promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities.
