Financial strategies for physical risk

Physical risk, evidenced by recent extreme weather patterns, are continuing to drive the discourse on the financial impacts of climate change. This roundtable, organised by OMFIF in partnership with Fitch Ratings, will explore the ways to address physical risk including ways to enhance insurance underwriting and improve banks’ data modelling and stress testing. Speakers will also explore disclosure frameworks and the methods to identify and optimize capital allocation to support climate adaptation.
