The nature of debt
A lunch discussion with Robert Stheeman, chief executive of the UK Debt Management Office, and Tammo Diemer, co-chief executive of German Finance Agency, to mark Stheeman’s 15-year tenure at the helm of the DMO. The discussion will focus on developments in debt management, the European bond market, the integration of Europe and the implications of the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.
