Gender Balance Index 2022 launch
OMFIF is launching the ninth annual Gender Balance Index, which tracks the presence of men and women in senior positions at central banks, sovereign funds and public pension funds.
For this year’s European launch, hosted by the embassy of Switzerland in the UK, OMFIF convenes a panel discussion on organisational policies and practices for supporting gender balance. It will also cover gender and financial inclusion, exploring products, strategies and targets policy-makers and the financial sector have introduced to support gender inclusion in finance. The Gender Balance Index is an important assessment of how the financial sector is integrating gender into its leadership, investment processes and strategies.
