From protest to lockdown: Chile’s economy in 2020

Chile’s economy is facing challenges in 2020, with social unrest and protests at the start of the year, followed by the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Joaquín Vial, deputy governor at the Banco Central de Chile, will discuss how Chile has been coping with these challenges as well as its outlook for the rest of the year and into 2021.
