Advancing gender equality in finance

Be part of the network

Building on OMFIF’s Gender Balance Index, the Women in Central Banking Network is an opportunity for women in these financial institutions to learn from each other, discuss strategies and develop programmes to increase recruitment and drive gender parity. Supported through annual membership, members gain access to training sessions, workshops focused on diversity policy and financial inclusion, networking events and regular podcasts, articles and policy updates.
