Transition Finance Working Group report launch

In 2024, OMFIF's Transition Finance Working Group met with the world’s largest public pension and sovereign funds, totalling over $5tn in assets under management, to discuss opportunities, barriers and outlooks on transition finance.
In 2025, the working group continues to speak with global public funds on investment strategies, portfolio management and capital allocation. The working group also considers the key challenges and goals for the year ahead in accelerating the transition by considering adaptation, resilience, blended finance, nature and biodiversity.

We aim to deepen our engagement in 2025 through a new working group on reserve management diversification strategies.
