This high-level panel discussion will discuss the macroeconomic impact of Covid-19, the state of public finances and debt in the Latin American region. The objective is to bring together leading debt management offices and investors to discuss policy considerations and lessons learned on public debt, how to rebalance in favour of more capital market financing and strengthening local financing resources.
