Every year OMFIF’s Public Sector Debt Outlook Survey asks sovereign, sub-sovereign, supranational and agency issuers about their expectations for the funding year ahead. This year, 35 issuers responded, representing a broad, if Eurocentric, cross-section of the market. The survey was conducted in February, which means the implications of the Gulf war have not been captured in responses.

We presented the findings of our survey in our annual European SSA forum in Paris. This short report digs deeper into some of the key findings, contextualising them within the broader market landscape.
