William Dudley is chair of the Bretton Woods Committee. He previously served as the president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In that capacity, he was vice chairman and a permanent member of the Federal Open Market Committee, the group responsible for formulating the US’s monetary policy.
