European sub-sovereign and agency forum

OMFIF’s Sovereign Debt Institute is returning with its annual forum focused on Europe’s regional and agency issuers. Last year’s event brought together key borrowers including Berlin, Hesse, Madrid and KfW, as well as leading fixed-income investors and intermediaries, to discuss the most important issues in this market.
One of the key topics from last year’s event was the possibility of Germany’s debt brake being loosened and the impact this would have on the German Laender market. Now that the Bundestag has approved plans for an historic reform to the debt brake, this will form a key part of the discussions at this year’s forum.
We will also discuss other key aspects of the wider sub-sovereign and agency market in Europe, including the evolution of investor bases, diversification strategies, sustainable finance and more.
