Ahead of the launch of the 10th edition of the Gender Balance Index, OMFIF and the Australian High Commission to the UK will host a special evening presenting the report findings and focusing on how the financial sector can address the issue of gender balance. Findings from the report indicate the financial sector remains far from achieving gender equality, especially in executive roles.
With keynote speakers and a high-level panel discussion, the event will explore how women can break through the glass ceiling to go beyond middle-senior management to leadership and executive positions. Panellists will examine the policies, strategies and targets introduced by policy-makers to support gender equality in the financial sector. Register below to attend the event and receive an early copy of the report.
